Whilst I am primarily a Cardiff Wedding Photographer, sometimes in a wedding season we venture a little further afield, and I am more than happy to get a change of scenery.
This image was taken at the Oxwich Bay Hotel situated at the south of the Gower peninsular, west of Swansea.
I really enjoy shooting at new locations, especially when its at a venue as spectacular as this.
This image was taken during the bridal prep part of the day, and I really love this image as it showcases the magnificent work done by the make-up artist, and is a very flattering angle for any bride. Using a fast f1.4 lens, I am able to create sharpness where it matters, and where I want the attention to be drawn, then the rest fades away into a wonderful creaminess that we in the industry call BOKEH!
